Contrary to the fallacy you would NOT have time to rush the shooter. 4 Handguns were used at Sandy Hook shooting.  A shotgun in the car. No "assault style weapon used. State Police and FBI incident reports. HMMM? The Magazine size was not even an issue there.  Silencers? Really? There is no such thing as a silencer! There are suppressors which do exactly that they suppress the flash but do NOT silence the gun.
Now to the question segment of this comment:
We currently have over 20,000 gun control regulations and restrictions already on the books that haven't reduced crime, stopped the mass shootings, or prevented any criminal from obtaining a gun. What new law would work when the 20,000+ haven't?
Universal  background checks have been proven to be useless do to HIPPA and other protective laws that block mental health issues from being disclosed unless there is a prior court conviction in which mental health was a determination of guilt.  All mass shooters would pass and be allowed to purchase any gun they desired. Their mental illnesses were only discovered after the shootings. So since background  checks won't stop crazy people or criminals who ignore the law what good are they?
So with 20,000+ regulations and restrictions and given the above facts which regulations and/or restrictions should we abolish?
In closing:
I know let's treat guns like drugs and create another billion dollar underground industry so every criminal will have access to any gun and the law abiding public can all be their unarmed victims just like the UK who has seen their violent crime rate soar 44% since their gun ban. Then maybe we can take the title of most dangerous place to live from them. Yes The UK is rated the most dangerous place to live in the entire EU. More Gun Control?

repealed.

only legal method to alter the Constitution. It can not be altered or
infringed on by Congress passing laws that violate it. The President
can't infringe on it through executive orders. The supreme court
doesn't even have the power to change it.

However that hasn't
stopped the Congress, The Presidents, and yes even the supreme court
has approved of infringement by illegal means. (illegal means because
the changes were not through Constitutional Amendments)

For example every
American has the right to enjoy the fruits of their labor. (What you
work for is yours to enjoy) but through various ordinances and laws
the Government can tell you what you can buy and what you can't have.
If you want a pool in your yard it must be of a size and depth
approved by local ordinances.

Another example is the
Regulations and ordinances which must be conformed to in order to
grow your own food. The Government dictates how much land you have to
have and it's location. (this is accomplished through local
ordinances.

Time after time and by
taking just a little at a time we have allowed the removal of many of
our rights. It
is the duty of the patriot to protect his country from its

Our
Government from the lowest level to the President and Congress have

."Obeying
the law", an indiscriminate and illegitimate law, works under a
Sovereign dictatorship,  but that's not what this country is about. 
Those laws must be congruent with the terms of the Constitution, and
they have long not been so.   The federal government is not only not
entitled to own lands in any of the States, but also the Constitution
does not allow for any federal laws applicable directly to the people of
those several States.

Ever wonder how the "Federal State of Nevada" came about with a claimed 85% federal ownership?

In
1845 the Supreme Court indicated in Pollard Lessee v Hagan not only
that each State is sovereign over "all the lands" within her boundaries,
and that no "compact" made by a State (in this case, the Nevada
Constitution) can diminish that sovereignty,  but also recognized a
doctrine going back before the ratification being applicable to the
federal government, the Equal Footing Doctrine, which ensured that
Sovereignty.

The only reason the feds claim ownership of those
lands, is from continuing to promate a criminal act by the federal
government, that being Lincoln martial law.  Acting as martial law
dictator, Lincoln rushed Nevada Statehood so as to continue to control
Congress in his second term, with his puppets not only controlling
Nevada but incorporating a reference to the maintenance of those federal
lands in the Nevada Constitution. Lincoln also wanted Nevada ore (gold)
to pay for the Civil War.  However as per the Hagan Court case,  not
only can the Nevada not legitimately give up its lands, but neither can
the Federal government take authority over those lands when the
Constitution itself provides no provision to hold those lands.

Not
only do the feds have no legitimacy there, and should have been
disarmed by force, but there is no authority for a slate of federal laws
above State law, nor for "hate crimes", nor the EPA, FDA, DOH, Homeland
Security, all working to make our country a federally dictated prison. 
The actions of BLM are nothing but a criminal enterprise operating by
conspiracy to promote and advance the initial theft, in violation of the
Constitution and Law of the Land, and every federal agent that acted
with use of force should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,
for conspiracy, abuse of rights under the color of law, and any loss of
life and property that might occur.

There are several great reasons to avoid DIY (Do It Yourself) projects which we will cover here. While the project may seem to be a simple one to complete there are many aspects of the project to consider. You just cost yourself $14,000.00 where having the professional cut the tree and even if the same scenario happened their insurance would pay for the damages.

(Say 8 hours) then multiply the answer by at least 2 1/2 times that figure. Most DIY projects takes a homeowner twice as long as the professional. If you calculate your pay at $20.00 per hour times 20 hours to complete the project. Which would equal your time costing you $400.00 for labor plus materials and related cost such as fuel, dumping (trash) fees etc.
Accidents happen even to professionals and their insurance covers them but if you have an accident will your insurance cover you? Even if it does it can make your premiums skyrocket after the accident. The chances of DIY accidents is many times higher then for a professional. Of course the average homeowner never even considers this possibility. They only look at can they save on the front end.
OOPS! you were cutting a board and cut it to short or your drilled the hole in the wrong place or any number of possible mistakes can and will cost you money you hadn't planned on. Minor mistakes cost the average DIY person 3 times the basic cost of materials. What this means is if the professional quoted the materials at $300.00 it could end up costing you as much as $900.00 when you have only allowed for the professional quote of $300.00
Appearance of finished project can make a huge difference when deciding DIY or a professional to do the work. If you decide to DIY and your better half wants it perfect who will get the blame if it doesn't look as expected when completed. Let's go back to the tree, after cutting the tree down getting it cut up and hauled off you are left with a stump which your better half wants gone. You had to pay for all the cost involved with getting rid of the tree and repairing the porch and now you have a stump to deal with getting removed. So you go and rent a stump grinder and for somewhere around a $250.00 you manage to grind the stump and roots and hauled in dirt and leveled it off. The project that would have cost $1,000.00 for the professional to do has cost the homeowner in access of 16,700.00
So when you are thinking about DIY make sure you take everything into consideration before making the finial decision. If you simply be honest with yourself more often then not it is better to hire the professional.
