How long are Americans going to put up with this? Without our rights we
have a dictatorship for a government. Call it by what ever name you
choose - socialism -communism- but it's not The America we want or need.

We are at
a time in our history where every American must make a choice. We are
faced with the choice of direction for the future. In 1791 Our
forefathers made such a choice by Establishing and ratifying the
Constitution Of The United States They choose that document as the
Law of the land. But since then the Constitution has been altered
though Amendments approved by the states and made a part of the
Constitution. We have had 27 such changes and even an amendment
repealed.

This is how and the
only legal method to alter the Constitution. It can not be altered or
infringed on by Congress passing laws that violate it. The President
can't infringe on it through executive orders. The supreme court
doesn't even have the power to change it.

However that hasn't
stopped the Congress, The Presidents, and yes even the supreme court
has approved of infringement by illegal means. (illegal means because
the changes were not through Constitutional Amendments)

For example every
American has the right to enjoy the fruits of their labor. (What you
work for is yours to enjoy) but through various ordinances and laws
the Government can tell you what you can buy and what you can't have.
If you want a pool in your yard it must be of a size and depth
approved by local ordinances.

Another example is the
Regulations and ordinances which must be conformed to in order to
grow your own food. The Government dictates how much land you have to
have and it's location. (this is accomplished through local
ordinances.

Time after time and by
taking just a little at a time we have allowed the removal of many of
our rights. It
is the duty of the patriot to protect his country from its
government. – Thomas Paine (1737-1809), American Revolutionary, US
Founding Father and Author Will we allow them to just keep taking our
rights? For “The Greater Good” as they claim?

Our
Government from the lowest level to the President and Congress have
all violated thier oaths of office by failure to honor the Oath they
swore too. Of course the oath varies slightly depending on the office
or position but the basic oath is:

I,
(NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I
will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against
all enemies, foreign and domestic;
that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I
will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the
orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations
and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God. Failure to
honor the oath is an act of treason. Yet our Government officials
have repeatedly disregarded thier oath by enacting laws that violate
the Constitution. Our elected officials at any level of Government
that have voted for or to enact any law, ordinance, regulation, or
other actions that violate the Constitution are guilty of treason
against the United States.

So
now we must decide is this the America we want to leave to our
children and grandchildren? Or do we want an America that has a
Constitution and that we can say proudly is the Law Of The Land!
